The project will design and deliver an online modular training course aimed at reskilling 210 workers in green and digital skills. The program will be flexible, practical, and directly aligned with industry needs, helping participants improve their employability and adapt to the twin transition.
A dedicated Smart Skills Intelligence Portal will host the training program and integrate digital tools for skills gap self-assessment and workforce planning. The platform will act as a central hub linking workers and MSMEs to tailored reskilling opportunities and resources.
The TRANSFORM Reskilling Lab will serve as both an Advisory Board and a Community of Practice, bringing together employers, trainers, policymakers, and learners. It will foster co-creation, validation of project outcomes, and support the integration of reskilling practices into regional and EU policies.
