The TRANSFORM Reskilling Lab is the project’s central space for connecting people, insights, and innovation across Europe’s regional learning and innovation ecosystems. Created to ensure that the needs and perspectives of all four key pillars—community, education, industry, and government—are embedded throughout the project, the Reskilling Lab acts both as a collaborative engine and a strategic voice for the future of reskilling.
Validates the co-created tools, methods, and outputs developed during the project.
Its work draws on collaborative approaches inspired by the Living Lab methodology, ensuring that every solution is grounded in real-world needs.
Serving as an active platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and advocacy.
This community promotes the importance of reskilling and supports the development of enabling policies at local, regional, and national levels—both during the project and beyond.
Each partner organization contributes moderators who animate the online space, engage stakeholders, and connect at least one representative from each of the four ecosystem pillars in their region. Through the WP3 Intelligence Portal, the Lab also supports transnational collaboration and the exchange of actionable insights.
Throughout the project, the Reskilling Lab will be regularly consulted to inform and validate key outputs (T.2.3, T.2.4, T.3.3, T.5.6, and WP4 activities). A variety of engagement tools—such as group discussions, collaborative whiteboards, surveys, and simulations—will ensure meaningful participation and continuous feedback.
The Reskilling Lab is not just a project component—it is a sustainable community designed to continue shaping reskilling strategies well into the future.
