Strengthening the collaboration between the four pillars of regional learning and innovation ecosystems in 7 countries!

Strengthening the future of
collaborations and reskilling

TRANSFORM is an Erasmus+ initiative aims to strengthen collaboration between the four pillars of regional learning and innovation ecosystems, increasing their capacity to reskill the workforce in priority sectors identified in line with Smart Specialization Strategies. The Living Lab approach will provide a collaborative foundation for the public and private sectors to co-create, test and validate solutions that ensure greater coherence between education & training, industry needs and labour market trends.

Our vision

TRANFORM’s vision is to lay out an orientation framework contributing to high quality of adult training in 7 different EU countries (TRANSFORM online modular training courses for the reskilling of 210 unemployed/employed workers) and enhanced career guidance and counselling services (Career Guidance Excellence program targeting 70 MSMEs (employers and professionals).

Our mission

We are committed to delivering results based on the constant dialogue with regional ecosystems, a thorough policy landscape analysis and the active involvement of public authorities through consultations and collaborative workshops, a set of policy recommendations promoting mainstreaming of the TRANSFORM experimentation into 7 regional policy making processes will be elaborated. Tailored dissemination and exploitation activities, together with a transnational final event, will act as a catalyst for upscaling at the EU level.

Objectives

Understand the needs in the pillars

Gaining insight into what the gaps and needs are in the 7 regional policy making process.

Development of the reskilling lab

The reskilling lab will allow the advisory board validation of the created products of the project and a space for community advocacy and raising awareness on the importance of reskilling.

Creation of the comprehensive training materials

Ensure the training material meets the needs and gaps of the policies and aim at reskilling workers.

Creation of the virtual environment that will host the material

Creating a virtual environment with all the training material to be hosted while making it widely accessible and easy-to-use.

Our Activities

The activities of the project are divided into 5 different work packages(WP).

Ensures smooth implementation through a management plan, steering committee, financial and risk monitoring, and regular reporting. It also includes transnational meetings and continuous quality assurance and evaluation.

WP2 – Co-creation of the Smart Skills Support Framework

Engages MSMEs, workers, and stakeholders to co-design modular training courses and a Career Guidance Excellence Program. Activities include skills gap assessments, workshops, and collaborative design sessions.

WP3 – Smart Skills Intelligence Portal

Develops a digital platform to host training courses and tools for skills gap self-assessment and workforce planning. The portal connects MSMEs and workers with tailored reskilling opportunities.

WP4 – Testing and Validation for TRANSFORM Products

Pilots and validates the training courses and career guidance services with real participants. Feedback ensures the reliability, usability, and scalability of the developed solutions.

WP5 – Communication, Dissemination and Policy Impact
